The Nana reported on 9 November that according to data from the Namibian Statistics Agency (NSA), Namibia has imported an average of about US$234,500 (N$3.5 million) in second-hand clothing per year in recent years.Between 2016 and 2020, Namibia imported US$1.2 million (about N$17.9 million) in second-hand clothing with a net weight of 1.3 million kilograms.Between January 2021 Semi-used clothing worth US$134,000 (N$2 million) has been imported between January and October 2021.
